Use it for a move to a new company, a team transfer or a final day. Choose a tone the recipient will enjoy and avoid jokes that could embarrass them.
What to include
Collect a favourite memory, a contribution worth celebrating and a short message from the team. Add photographs you have permission to use and check the departure details before writing.
An example to inspire your edition
The next chapter begins: a farewell headline paired with a team memory and a message wishing a colleague well in their new role.
