What we process

OurDayPress processes the information you provide to create your wedding publication, including names, event details, stories and photographs. Draft content is stored locally in your browser while you create your edition.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Stripe may process payment, fraud-prevention, tax and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

Editorial processing

Your preview is composed before payment without sending your story to a paid generative-AI service. If you choose an optional editorial-polish feature after payment, the text required for that feature may be sent securely to the service provider used to generate the polished wording. Photographs are not required for that text-polish step.

Cookies and accounts

The product does not require an OurDayPress account. Essential browser storage may be used to preserve your draft and photographs on your device. We do not use that local draft storage for advertising.

How long we keep information

Local drafts remain on your device until browser storage is cleared or the product provides a draft-reset action. Payment providers retain transaction information according to their legal and operational requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

Contact

Before commercial launch, this notice will include the legal identity and contact address of the OurDayPress operator. Until that information is published, the service remains in pre-launch testing.

This pre-launch notice describes the product architecture currently being tested and will be finalised before live sales are enabled.
